Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Dzianis Kuziomkin ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the FetchPosts application. By purchasing and using FetchPosts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.

1. License Grant

FetchPosts grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your personal macOS device. This license includes:

• Installation and use on devices you own or control
• Updates to the software during its active product life
• You may use exported data for personal and professional purposes, but not to operate a competing scraping service.

You may not:

• Share, sell, or distribute your license key
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Use the software to provide scraping or data extraction services to third parties as a service or product.
• Use the software to violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service

2. Payment and Refunds

Pricing

FetchPosts is offered as a one-time purchase. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change, but your purchase price is locked in at the time of transaction.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are processed via Freemius, our merchant of record. If you're not satisfied with FetchPosts, request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@fetchposts.com. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3. Software Updates & Support

Updates are included during the active product life of FetchPosts. We may discontinue updates or support at any time by providing 90 days' notice. After the product reaches end-of-life, the software will continue to function as-is, but new features and compatibility updates will not be provided.

We do not guarantee response times or ongoing support.

4. Use of the Software

Responsible Use

FetchPosts automates the process of accessing your LinkedIn profile to export your posts and analytics. You agree to:

• Use the software only with your own LinkedIn account(s)
• Use the software responsibly and avoid excessive scraping
• Comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service
• Accept full responsibility for any consequences from using the software

LinkedIn Compliance

FetchPosts is an independent tool and is not endorsed by or affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation. While FetchPosts uses your own browser session and does not ask for your password, automation of LinkedIn may violate their Terms of Service. By using FetchPosts, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

FetchPosts is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Merchantability
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with future versions of LinkedIn or macOS

We do not guarantee that the software will work indefinitely, as LinkedIn may change their platform at any time, which could break functionality. Exported analytics may be approximate or incomplete due to limitations of LinkedIn’s interface.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FetchPosts and its creators shall not be liable for:

• Any LinkedIn account restrictions, suspensions, or bans
• Loss of data or exported files
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software.

7. Account Blocking and Risks

Important: Using automation tools with LinkedIn may violate their Terms of Service and could result in account restrictions or bans. We cannot guarantee that LinkedIn will not take action against your account. By using FetchPosts, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Use the software at your own discretion and responsibility.

8. Termination

You may stop using FetchPosts at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination for violation of these terms, you must cease using the software and delete all copies.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of FetchPosts after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Málaga, Spain. This applies to customers worldwide.
